We’re thrilled you’ve decided to use Second Phone Number. Second Phone Number is an app that enable end users to send SMS and MMS communications as well as to place or receive calls.

We’ve drafted these Terms of Service so you’ll know the rules that govern our relationship with you and you with other users.

These Terms (together with any additional terms applicable to specific Services you use) make up the entire agreement between you and Second Phone Number. When you register an account. it means you agree with this items.

• Sexual Assault & Verbal Abuse: When user chats with his/her partner. Any form of Sexual Harassment and Verbal Abuse will lead to serious punishment. We are not tolerant any sex photos as avatars or photos of Feed or Topic.
• Harassment: You may not incite or engage in the targeted abuse or harassment of others. Some of the factors that we may consider when evaluating abusive behavior include:
  • if a primary purpose of the reported account is to harass or send abusive messages to others;
  • if the reported behavior is one-sided or includes threats;
  • if the reported account is inciting others to harass another account;
  • if the reported account is sending harassing messages to an account from multiple accounts.
• Punishment: Account will be disabled if user breaks any of rules above.

Subscription

Payments are charged to your Apple ID at the confirmation of purchase. This subscription is automatically billed at the frequency you’ve selected to your iTunes Account and automatically renews at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. For further details on cancellation.
