The GreyMatter Institute (GMI) is our systems transformation vehicle that extends our impact beyond investing. GMI works to shape the broader ecosystem through research, policy, convening, and cross-sector partnerships. We bring together leaders from academia, philanthropy, industry, and government to accelerate evidence-based solutions and create systemic change in mental health.

This is a rare chance to step into the center of the mental and brain health ecosystem. As Chief of Staff (CoS), you will work directly with Andrew & Danish across both the fund and the Institute. You’ll have exposure to world-class founders, investors, policymakers, philanthropists, and thought leaders. You’ll see how deals get done, how nonprofits scale, and how a fund and an institute can operate in tandem to drive systemic change.
