OVERVIEW Fragment ("the App") is a daily photo capture application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

DATA WE COLLECT Photos & Notes: All photos you capture and notes you write are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, this data is also stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple.

Subscription Status: We store your subscription tier (Free or Pro) locally on your device.

App Preferences: Settings such as iCloud Sync toggle state are stored locally on your device.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We do not use third-party advertising tracking or user behavior analytics. We only track technical data required for subscription management. We do not have access to your photos, notes, or any other content you create in the App.

ICLOUD SYNC If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is synchronized through Apple's iCloud service. This data is protected by Apple's privacy policies and your Apple ID credentials. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

DATA DELETION All your data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored data. If iCloud Sync is enabled, your data remains in iCloud and will be restored if you reinstall the App.

You can export all your data at any time from Settings > Export All Data.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. These services process transaction data to provide you with access to Pro features. The App also uses Apple's CloudKit for optional iCloud synchronization. These services are governed by the respective privacy policies of Apple and RevenueCat.

The App downloads share templates (images and layout data) from our server for the Fancy Share and Monthly Sheet features. No personal data is transmitted during this process — only template assets are downloaded. These assets are cached locally on your device for faster subsequent loading.
