The short version Your financial data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. We have no servers that store it, and we can never see it.

Who we are LoanGrid is made by an independent app developer — not a company. You can reach us anytime at loangrid@tutamail.com.

What you enter Everything you add — transactions, loans, goals, notes, and receipt photos — is saved on your device. If iCloud is on, it syncs privately through your Apple account so you see it on all your devices. We don't receive any of it.

Ads in the free version The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use a device identifier to show and measure ads. To learn how Google uses this data, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required, we ask your permission first through Apple's tracking prompt — you can decline or change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Upgrading to Pro removes ads entirely.

Subscriptions Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat only to check whether your Pro subscription is active. We never see your card details.

Selling & "sharing" your data We never sell the information you enter, and we don't track your finances. The only data sharing is showing ads: Google may use a device identifier for personalized ads, which some US state laws (like California's) treat as "sharing." You can opt out anytime by declining tracking in the iOS prompt (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) or by upgrading to Pro to remove ads.

How long we keep data The data you enter stays until you delete it or delete the app — there's nothing on our side to keep. Ad and purchase data are handled by Google and Apple under their own retention policies.

You're in control You can view, edit, or delete anything at any time. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. If you'd like help, just email us.

Children LoanGrid is intended for adults and isn't designed for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
