• All content on Gramo AI, including design, text, logos, software, and platform materials, is protected by copyright and belongs to Gramo or its licensors.
• User-Generated Content: Content generated through Gramo AI (e.g., LinkedIn posts, drafts, captions) belongs to you. You retain full ownership of such outputs and are free to use, edit, publish, and distribute them on your personal or business profiles.
• By using Gramo AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store your inputs and outputs for the purpose of delivering the Services.
• We will never claim ownership of your generated content. However, with your consent, we may use anonymized or non-identifiable examples of generated outputs to improve our models or showcase platform capabilities.

4. Payment & Subscription (If Applicable)

• Paid features or upgrades require payment as described during your purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and payment-instrument validity.
