Goodnotes' remote MCP server lets Claude turn chat output into content you can continue working on in Goodnotes.

Today it supports:

• Rich text documents from Markdown
• Mermaid diagrams: flowcharts, mind maps, and timelines
• Simple SVG vector drawings and illustrations

It is designed for creation, not retrieval. Today the server creates new content from the current Claude conversation. It does not read, search, edit, or delete your existing Goodnotes notes.

If you install Goodnotes from Claude's integration or directory UI, you usually do not need to enter the MCP URL manually. Use the manual setup steps below only if your Claude client asks for a remote MCP server URL.
