❓ About this charity ❓

RightfulShare is a first-of-its-kind project using tokenomics to build a complementary economy in a small rural town in South Africa, providing participants with a digital basic income to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation. The project uses the GoodDollar digital currency to enable beneficiaries to exchange their digital basic income equivalent to the UpperBound Poverty line for Rand or participate in forming a peer-to-peer economy. RightfulShare aims to demonstrate that a basic income can strengthen entrepreneurial activity and boost incomes, and that socio-economic investment money can be given directly to citizens through blockchain technology, reducing corruption and bureaucracy
