THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Goldenmind Productions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from the Company’s online shop (the “Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
1.1. “Site” shall mean the online store operated under Goldenmind Productions.
1.2. “Products” shall mean all goods offered for sale on the Site.
1.3. “Order” shall mean any purchase made through the Site.
1.4. “Agreement” shall collectively refer to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies published by the Company.
2.1. By accessing the Site or placing an Order, Customer affirms that they are of legal age and capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2.2. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Site shall constitute acceptance of any modifications.
3.1. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Company may refuse, cancel, or limit any Order at its discretion.
3.2. Prices listed on the Site are exclusive of applicable sales taxes, duties, tariffs, and shipping costs, which shall be calculated and added at checkout.
3.3. Customer shall remit payment in full at the time of Order placement. Payment processing shall be facilitated by third-party payment processors, and Company disclaims liability for errors or omissions arising therefrom.
3.4. Title to Products shall transfer to Customer upon the Company’s delivery of such Products to the carrier; risk of loss shall thereafter rest with Customer.
4.1. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4.2. Company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, carrier delays, customs inspections, or governmental restrictions.
4.3. International Customers shall be solely responsible for compliance with local laws, duties, tariffs, or import restrictions.
