This Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Press Boys online shop (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the Customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.
1.1. Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1.2. To be eligible, Products must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused;
Free of stains, odors, or damage;
Returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
1.3. Products designated as “final sale,” “custom,” or “limited edition” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2.1. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment unless otherwise stated.
2.2. In some cases, Company may offer store credit at its sole discretion.
2.3. Refunds shall be processed within ten (10) business days of Company’s receipt and inspection of the returned Product.
3.1. Exchanges may be permitted for the same Product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
3.2. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued per Section 2.
4.1. Customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4.2. Company shall not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method.
