Personal development is the key to our success and growth as a team and organization. We offer each team member a flexible budget for external training. 1-on-1s is something we do frequently to give each other in-depth feedback and support us best in our personal and professional growth.
People on the team are generally friendly and happy to help each other where needed. Mentorship is less formal, but will be expected from seniors, and will be provided for juniors.
Conferences and such is something we typically encourage and pay for, as is further training and certification.
