★ PAYMENT
- only payment methods that i accept are PAYPAL F&F and/or REVOLUT.
- If you pay me through G&S I will NOT REFUND THE MONEY and you will have to send it again as I would have to cover fees out of my own pocket.
★ DEADLINES
- i usually give a deadline for paying, if you cannot pay within that deadline please always communicate that with me.
- if deadline for collecting initials has passed and i haven’t gotten your payment yet your claims will be dropped and you will be banned from entering future gos.
- if deadline for collecting payments other than initial has passed and i haven’t received your payment there will be a 0,50€ fee applied to every day that you don’t pay. if you fail to pay for it within 48h, your claims will be put ufs with no refund and you will be blocked.
- all my shipping forms have deadlines. missing the deadline equals to losing your items. only exception → combining your items with incoming gos, however i will only keep your them for up to 1 month from the moment the go has reached me, after that you will lose them.
- I do NOT keep big items such as albums for consolidation as I do not have enough space in my room. I send out albums and/or merch items ASAP.
- You have 4 DAYS from the moment I send you your claim/address check to confirm and pay doms otherwise your claim will be dropped with NO REFUNDS!
- EXTENSIONS: Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the deadline. No exceptions will be made on the day of payment or AFTER the deadline.
★ PACKING FEE
- i charge a packaging fee, if that bothers you please refrain from joining my group orders.
- the base fee is 0,50€ (will vary for bigger items) and it may go higher depending on the materials I need to use to pack.
★ BACKOUTS
- no backouts or refunds after i've confirmed your claim.
- if you want to back out, then find a replacement. do not dm me stating that you simply just want to back out with no sense of responsibility over your items. i will always help you look for a replacement.
★ OTHER INFO!!
- if you change your username while being in my go, always make sure to let me know!!! i will not chase down after you to find who you are. if i can’t add you to groupchats or contact you then you will lose your items.
- please do not join my gos if you’re under 16!
