The Engineering Manager – Robotics & Software will lead our combined robotics and software engineering teams (10–25 engineers) in Pune, reporting directly to the CTO. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people management (hiring, mentoring, career growth, preventing burnout while sustaining velocity), reliable delivery of robot features and field performance, and guiding technical strategy across the full robotics stack (ROS/ROS2, perception, navigation, embedded systems, cloud, fleet management).
