We are a small startup but want to choose our future colleagues thoughtfully. Here’s how our process works.
<aside> 1️⃣ Coding challenges (1-2h)

The first task for all technical roles are online code challenges that are covering some fundamentals topics.
<aside> 3️⃣ Take-home assignment (4-8h)
</aside>
Our goal is to go beyond quizzes or puzzles, so we'll let you craft a simple project to showcase your abilities. You can take your time to complete it over a two weeks time.

If you pass the coding challenges, we’ll have a chat to know each other and walk you through the following steps.
<aside> 4️⃣ Technical Interview (1-2h)
</aside>
We'll discuss the technical bits of your assignment and focus on getting to know each other. Please bring your questions as well.
<aside> 5️⃣ Meet the founder (30m)
</aside>
Lastly, you’ll get to meet our founder so that you can learn more about the company and our vision for the future.
Our senior team is here to support you all the way. We have an open-video-call policy, so you can approach anyone for help any time.

Work whenever you want. Obviously we are conscious that our job is very collaborative and we need to check that we are on the same page continuously. On the other hand we all have many duties out of our work and significant others we want to spend the time with.
