• I always send a video of the condition of the photocard, whether it’s in perfect condition or damaged.
• I always send packaging and address check.
• I try to always package photocards in a sleeve and in a toploader. if i run out of top loaders, i will be either using another way or wait for toploaders to arrive but i will inform you about it ahead of time.
• I am not responsible for lost/damaged mail after sending proof of mailing!
• I always try to check as best as possible to assure the trustworthiness of the seller so I'm not responsible if there's delays/problems with the product from their part.

• For sales and GO I add a packing fee of 0,50€ per letter; if the package is bigger it varies from 0,50€ to 2€ depending on how big the package is and how much material I have to use!
