2.1 General Requirements
Participation is open to natural persons who:
a. Are at least 18 years old on the date of entry and meet the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
b. Hold a public X (Twitter) account throughout the Promotion.
c. Submit original content created exclusively by themselves using Freepik tools.
d. Comply with the Freepik Terms of Use, Freepik AI content policies, and all applicable X (Twitter) guidelines and policies.
e. Have not been banned or suspended by X or Freepik.
The Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members or household members of such persons.
2.2 Travel-Related Eligibility
Where a prize includes international travel, the participant must additionally:
a. Reside in a country whose citizens can legally obtain the necessary visas or travel authorizations for the destination country.
b. Be solely responsible for securing any visas, passports, travel documentation, permits, or entry requirements.
c. Understand that Freepik will not manage, assist with, or assume responsibility for visa or documentation issues.
Failure to secure required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize with no alternative compensation.
2.3 Proof of Eligibility
The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, residence, authorship of the submitted content, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide suitable proof will result in disqualification.
