Freepik Company, S.L.U., registered in the Commercial Registry of Málaga, volume 4994, sheet 217, page number MA-113059, with Tax Number B-93183366 and registered office at 13 Molina Lario St., 5th floor, 29015, Málaga, Spain ("Freepik" or the “Promoter”), is the promoter of the present promotional challenge (the “Promotion”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is an ongoing promotional challenge with no predefined end date (the “Promotion”). Freepik reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or permanently terminate the Promotion, its mechanics or its rewards at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.1 General Requirements
Participation is open to natural persons who:
a. Are at least 18 years old on the date of entry and meet the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
b. Hold a public Reddit account throughout the Promotion.
c. Hold an active Freepik account associated with a valid email address.
d. Submit original content created exclusively by themselves using Freepik tools.
e. Comply with the Freepik Terms of Use, Freepik AI content policies, and all applicable Reddit rules and guidelines.
f. Have not been banned or suspended by Reddit or Freepik.
The Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members or household members of such persons.
Each participant may successfully complete the Promotion only once per day. Any attempt to participate more than once, whether through multiple accounts or any other means, may result in disqualification.
2.2. Channel and Third Party Platforms
The Promotion is conducted through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Reddit, Discord and Typeform (the “Third-Party Platforms”).
The Third-Party Platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer or are otherwise associated with the Promotion.
Freepik does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, rules, moderation decisions or actions taken by such platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removals or access restrictions.
Participants are solely responsible for complying with the terms of use, policies and community guidelines of each Third-Party Platform.
2.3 Proof of Eligibility
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, authorship of the submitted content, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in disqualification.
3.1 Participation Mechanics
To participate in the Promotion, entrants must:
a. Publish a total of seven (7) original posts on Reddit, each created using Freepik tools.
b. Ensure that each post is published on a different calendar day, with a maximum of one (1) valid post per participant per day. Posts are required to be published on consecutive days.
c. Ensure that all posts are published from a public Reddit account and remain publicly accessible and visible until the verification process has been completed by the Promoter.
d. Once all seven (7) posts have been published, submit the links to all seven (7) posts together through the official Freepik submission form designated for this Promotion.
e. Confirm that all submitted content is fully original, created exclusively by the participant, and complies with these Terms & Conditions.
Participation is free of charge. No purchase or payment is required to participate or to receive the reward.
