Convosight is a community marketing and brand reputation management tool that helps brands connect and engage with their target audience through strategic and impactful community marketing campaigns shaped by data-driven insights.

I wrote 5-6 blogs for Convosight a month, and the topics ranged from community marketing to Facebook group management.

👉🏻I spoke to the product team to gain a complete understanding of the product and took a demo to understand the platform’s unique features.

👉🏻 I spoke to the customer success team to gauge the concept of community marketing and how the product benefits brand managers and brand marketers.

👉🏻 I also joined various Facebook groups to see how brands implemented community marketing campaigns in online communities.
