Want to connect multiple Trello boards/lists?

• You can use hashtags (#) to create cards on multiple lists and boards.

For example: you can set Fredo to send messages starting with **#**idea to your ideas list, and **#**shopping to your shopping lists.

• To set up list-mapping send Fredo /mapnewlist and follow the instructions in the chat.

Basically, you need to send (just once) the hashtag followed by the list’s Email-to-board link.

like this:

#idea [email protected]

All messages starting with #idea will now be created on that Trello list.

Using hashtags (#) you can tell Fredo what board to create a card on. Say you have a grocery list on Trello. Here is how you can create cards there:

1️⃣  Copy the email-to-board link of the new board 2️⃣  Map the new board by sending Fredo a hashtag sign followed by a tag name and the email-to-board link e.g #grocery {email-to-board link} 3️⃣  Add #grocery before any message you send Fredo, e.g #grocery 🍎 🍎 🍎). 4️⃣  Go to Trello’s grocery board. You will see a new card called 🍎 🍎 🍎.
