FramePic Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2025

StacklogLab (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “FramePic”) hereby establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in order to protect the personal information of the information subject in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly handle any grievances related thereto.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

FramePic processes personal information only for the following purposes and will not use it for any other purpose.

  1. Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations and Service Provision: Purchase and authorization to use paid services (1-day/3-day pass), confirmation of expiration time, and settlement of usage fees.
  2. Securing the security and stability of the Service: Preventing fraudulent payments and abuse of the Service, and restoring payment history.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed and Methods of Collection)

FramePic minimally processes the following items for the operation and management of the Service.

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

FramePic shall process and retain personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

  1. Device identification and payment information: Even after the user terminates the service (deletes the app), it is retained for one year to restore the payment history and prevent unauthorized use. However, if we are obligated to retain it under applicable laws (e.g., the Electronic Commerce Act, etc.), we will retain it for a longer period.
  2. Photo and video files for QR sharing: automatically and permanently destroyed on our servers 24 hours after creation. (See Article 7.)

Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information)

  1. FramePic shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the retention period or the fulfillment of the purpose of processing.
  2. Method of Destruction: Information in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods that make recovery impossible to reproduce the records, and information in the form of paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 5 (Provision and Consignment of Personal Information to Third Parties)

  1. Provisionto Third Parties: FramePic will not provide your personal information to third parties beyond the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information).
