The first section is information to come back to when you need help. Includes a space to write an emergency contact, a page to embed your favorite soothing music, a page for keeping book notes handy, a knowledge base including lots of notes on various mental health topics, a place to keep a lit of affirmations, and pages to make 3 types of plans (safety, distraction, and relaxation).
Coping Skills
A database of coping skills is provided. Customize it to match your needs.
There's also a button, “Shuffle Skills” that reorders them randomly if you don't want to pick one! Otherwise, you can search through the options and pick one that suits you at the moment.
Each coping skill has a description when you open it. It can help spark some ideas if you’re unsure what to do or explain further if the title isn’t enough.

The last section contains things to keep in mind that help with enhancing happiness, including a worksheet to create your own Personal Mission Statement.
