  1. Log into the Kandji portal as an administator.

  2. Click on “⚙️ Settings” in the left tray

  3. Select the Access Tab in the settings window.

  4. At the bottom of this page, you should see a section called API Token. If you do not, please talk about your options with your Kandji CSM and mention the Foqal Agent integration.

  5. Click Add Token then enter a name like “Foqal Agent” and any description you would like. Click Create.

  6. Click Copy token and store that token a safe space. You will need this token when setting up the Kandji integration in Foqal Agent.

  7. Acknowledge that you have copied the token and understand that you will not be able to see those details again. Now click Next.

  8. On the Manage API Permissions screen, click Configure.

  9. On the next screen, you will need to set permissions to give Foqal Agent access to Kandji. Click the checkbox next to Device Information and Device Actions. If you want a full itemized list of required scopes and what they are used for, please contact us. When you are done setting the scopes for Device Information and Device Actions, click Save.
