The Kandji integration allows you to view device information about your users as you work with them in Foqal Agent web or Slack. Additionally, you can automatically kick off workflows and take actions on their devices automatically.
To install the Kandji integration, there are a few things you must ensure you have access to:
To install, you will first need to create an API token in Kandji. To do this, first, ensure you are logged in as an administrator in Kandji. Next, follow the steps to create a token::
Log into the Kandji portal as an administator.
Click on “⚙️ Settings” in the left tray
Select the Access Tab in the settings window.
At the bottom of this page, you should see a section called API Token. If you do not, please talk about your options with your Kandji CSM and mention the Foqal Agent integration.
Click Add Token then enter a name like “Foqal Agent” and any description you would like. Click Create.
Click Copy token and store that token a safe space. You will need this token when setting up the Kandji integration in Foqal Agent.
Acknowledge that you have copied the token and understand that you will not be able to see those details again. Now click Next.
On the Manage API Permissions screen, click Configure.
On the next screen, you will need to set permissions to give Foqal Agent access to Kandji. Click the checkbox next to Device Information and Device Actions.
