Login to to the Podium Mac with your @ryerson.ca account.

Step 2:

Open Zoom from Applications. You will be prompted to login in using Single Sign on with your @ryerson.ca credentials and 2-factor. Do not start the meeting just yet...

Configure your preferences. This only needs to be done once (...we do not deep freeze our PTech computers any more).

As of October 2022, no action is necessary here (settings are inherited from Mac OS). DO confirm that you see audio levels through from your microphone and run a full test of the room speaker system.

Determine a folder where your recording files will be stored (we suggest the Desktop). You'll upload these to Google Drive or Panopto after the Zoom class.
