In this position, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the sales/marketing teams and strategic partnership teams to steward media strategies for B2C as well as B2B audiences, drive our business narratives and spearhead initiatives to help consumers and brands tap into the Flam platform, build a meaningful presence with the Flam community and see the real-world impact. This position requires strong media relations experience and a passion for driving comms initiatives, crafting narratives and pitching stories. Requirements:
- Develop and execute B2C as well as B2B communications campaigns/programs for consumer, business and marketing industry audiences across geographies, working closely with agency communications teams globally and being the first point of contact for the consumer, commercial and partnerships teams in various regions
- Build awareness of our partnerships and products through media and industry-facing initiatives that articulate our mission, values and technology
- Develop and execute press strategies, messaging, and communications guidance related to our consumer & commercial offerings and strategic partnerships for large customers and small/medium-sized businesses across all aspects such as products, measurement, creative lab, and research. Identify and communicate insights, content and trends across strategic focus areas for industry audiences.
- Strong media relations and proactive press outreach to drive coverage across a broad range of media, including consumer, business, trade and technology press
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint media strategies and messaging to prepare for key partnership announcements and evergreen story opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to provide regular communications counsel, deliver compelling and impactful events for our clients and business stakeholders, and coach company spokespeople for press engagements, industry events and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in communications
- Strong experience working directly with reporters, editors, researchers, industry analysts and other key external stakeholders
- Strong organisational, project management, and analytical skills
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly and flexibly to change
- Previous experience in global companies
- Experience in issues-handling a plus
