The Design and marketing team at Flam articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, who we serve, and what value we have to offer. With functions spanning consumer marketing, brand marketing, product and feature launches, these team enables and activates global initiatives to promote Flam. We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Designer to partner with strategists, writers, and producers, working hand in hand with designers all in view of crafting world-class creative work for Flam.

What you’ll do:

• From product launches to branding systems or marketing campaigns, you’ll help connect the dots and elevate Flam’s ecosystem through your curiosity and creative resourcefulness
• In addition to being a phenomenal designer, you must possess excellent creative, presentation and problem-solving skills, as well as have an eye for details and a passion for big ideas

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience distilling sources of information into mesmerising and impactful creatives
• Experience crafting simple and compelling presentations, compositions and design systems
• Understanding of creative, design and marketing processes
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholders across verticals and disciplines
• Exhibits a spirit of collaboration, and possesses an ambitious mindset focused on problem solving
• Diligent and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills, positive demeanour and an open attitude
