Tips for While You Watch:

While you watch the cram finale, we know there's a lot of information covered very fast. Instead of taking notes on everything, try these methods:

  1. When in Doubt, Graph it Out: Despite not being tested in 2020, AP Macro is chock full of models and graphs that can help explain concepts that will be applied on the test. Even if it's a quick rough sketch of AD-AS or the Money Market, being able to quickly use these graphs can help you answer questions about what changes after a certain policy action or how the economy will react in certain conditions. During the cram, practice drawing the graphs and noticing the little things about them like shifting curves and notation.
  2. Think About Possible Questions: We're bringing up a ton of theory, not a super large amount of true application. However, on the exam, you'll be asked to take the theory and apply it to any number of situations. So, when you're learning macroeconomic theory, think about the question of "What can the CollegeBoard ask me about this?" as opposed to rote memorization.
