To supervise the day to day operational functions and daily reports review of all retails and operations team at HQ
Being in charge for website control (website fishclub, shopee, marketplace)
Key in stock website.
Stock arrangements to Retail Outlets.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
To maintain a scheduled, systematic & functional reporting format from all retails and operations team (HQ) for management review on a weekly or monthly basis.
To work closely with other management team in monitoring and improving retails presence and awareness, CI, facilities, expenses control and customer service standards.
Prepare & compile Yearly Branches Sales & Business Operations Budget.
Responsible to perform other tasks as may be assigned by CEO or Management from time to time accordingly.
