Architecture is changing. AI is beginning to reshape how buildings are designed, and many of the world’s leading firms are now exploring how these technologies can support better, faster, and more informed design processes.
At Finch, we’re building an AI-powered design platform for architects. Our technology helps teams generate and evaluate floor plans in the early stages of a project. Combining a firm’s own design logic with AI to create compliant, buildable layouts in hours instead of days.
Today, firms such as KPF, SOM, and ShoP use Finch in their workflows, and more than 120,000 architects have joined our waitlist. We’re now looking for ambitious people with a background in architecture or AEC who want to help guide firms through this transition.
As Head of Sales at Finch, you will lead and scale our commercial efforts as we continue growing across the global architecture industry.
You’ll work closely with leading architecture and design firms, helping them understand how AI can support better and faster early-stage design workflows. This is a strategic and highly hands-on role where you will work directly with leadership, drive enterprise sales, build relationships with key customers, and help define how Finch scales commercially over the coming years.
As one of the early commercial leaders at Finch, your insights from customer relationships will directly inform our commercial strategy. You will play a central role in shaping our processes, team, and market positioning.
You are ambitious, commercially driven, and excited about the opportunity to help shape a new category of AI-native software for architecture.
You likely come from a B2B SaaS background with experience working with enterprise customers, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or design technology. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You are structured, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. At the same time, you are a strong communicator who knows how to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
As an early-stage startup, we move quickly and there is not always a predefined playbook. You should be comfortable building processes from scratch, iterating fast, and helping shape how the commercial organization evolves over time.
