Architecture is changing. AI is beginning to reshape how buildings are designed, and many of the world’s leading firms are now exploring how these technologies can support better, faster, and more informed design processes.

At Finch, we’re building an AI-powered design platform for architects. Our technology helps teams generate and evaluate floor plans in the early stages of a project. Combining a firm’s own design logic with AI to create compliant, buildable layouts in hours instead of days.

Today, firms such as KPF, SOM, and ShoP use Finch in their workflows, and more than 120,000 architects have joined our waitlist. We’re now looking for ambitious people with a background in architecture or AEC who want to help guide firms through this transition.

The role

As a Customer Success Manager at Finch, you’ll work closely with architecture firms across Europe, North America and Australia, helping teams successfully adopt AI in their design workflows.

You’ll guide customers throughout their journey with Finch. From onboarding and training to long-term adoption and expansion. This role is highly collaborative and relationship-driven, working closely with principals, BIM-managers, computational designers, and project teams to ensure they get real value from the get-go.

Who we’re looking for

You are ambitious, excited about new technology, and love to teach. You have a minimum of 4 years of work experience from an architecture firm and naturally gravitate toward new tools and workflows.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and thorough in the way you work and communicate. You enjoy working with people, building trust, and guiding teams through change. You might have been the person at your firm introducing new software, supporting colleagues, improving workflows, or exploring AI and computational design tools.

You don’t need previous Customer Success or SaaS experience. What matters most is your ability to understand architects, build trust, and help customers navigate change. As an early-stage startup, we move quickly, and there isn’t always a predefined playbook. You should be comfortable figuring things out, taking initiative, and iterating fast.
