Hello all,

As some of you may know, we have decided to keep strengthening our compensation framework by building salary bands.

If some of you are already wondering, “Hmm, which compensation framework are we talking about?” here are some valuable readings for you:

Adding salary bands on top of what we already have will help us continue promoting transparency and fairness while improving our talents' attraction, retention, and engagement and eventually easing compensation discussions for all parties involved.

You can check the dedicated project page here (link to be added) if you want to understand further why and how we are going to build those salary bands, but if you need to remind, one thing is that it is 100% relying on our compensation policy, which is itself relying on our company culture and values.

What’s the project timeline? 1️⃣ We are kicking off the project today 2️⃣ Until (date to be added) the People team will be working on creating the bands based on our compensation policy, with the help of Figures data and their dedicated salary bands tool 3️⃣ From (date) to (date) we’ll reach out to each of you to review your team’s band and the positioning of each of your direct reports in these bands. We’ll send you an email beforehand to share the data and have you prepare the meeting beforehand 4️⃣ Before (date) we’ll meet, with you, all employees impacted by the introduction of the salary bands to explain their situation and if there is any change for them 5️⃣ On (date), we will globally roll out our new salary bands to everyone in the company 🎉

As you understand, your participation will be requested for step 3️⃣ and 4️⃣, in the meantime, just make sure to have read all the content shared above ⬆️.
