Allow organizations to collectively edit and share information with org members and non-member users.
The OrgBook is an extensive About Us section for a registered organization. This is the place where an org can share information about itself for interested parties. On the inside, the OrgBook functions for admin members and approved editors to input, share, and publish relevant information about itself to its members community and/or the public community.
Open Community Visibility: To validate and verify open visibility of registered orgs to the whole community (Orgs and Users). We want both individual and org users to feel trusted and connected with a unified goal of creating an altruistic community.
Workspace Freedom: Provide the organization with the space and tools to build their online presence within the platform. Org members granted admin rights can collaborate and collectively work on a website profile/portfolio to share themselves with the global community.
Engagement/Acquisition: Engagement between registered orgs and individual users. Creates deeper level trust, active involvement, and how users can be a part of the org. Organizations will be able to reflect transparency and information that will attract volunteers/resources to join.
The OrgBook establishes an organization’s public appearance within the community. A registered organization and its editors/collaborators can define who they are in the private org page to their respective members and in their live site to the public community.
