fields components are comprised of fields themselves and field labels

• field labels are always ALL CAPS, Red Hat Display, 12 font, and color dependent on background
• field labels have a 4px separation from the fields themselves
• field boxes have 4px corner radius

states

fields can either be editable, or locked. locked fields have no background and text color changes to e.g. gray-500 on gray-100 backgrounds

types

there are several types of fields (single line, dropdown, etc). all properties should be verified in the Figma component library
