Feminist Frequency is a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for a more just and equitable media landscape and the end of abuse in the games industry. We create a variety of content, including two podcasts, a monthly newsletter, and monthly video game live streams.
We also run the Games and Online Harassment Hotline, a free, text message-based, confidential emotional support hotline for anyone who makes or plays games. We take a compassion-forward, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered approach to providing a support space for people experiencing a variety of mental health, harassment, or workplace struggles.

Feminist Frequency is an equal opportunity employer. Our team is made stronger with the inclusion of amazing people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives, so we especially encourage folks with marginalized identities to apply. We champion each other and aim every day to foster a workplace that feels like a celebrated and uplifting place to work.
Being a fully remote team, we have staff and contractors from all over the country, in many time zones and locales. We love working with reliable folks who thrive in collaborative team spaces and while working independently.
