We are looking for a Customer Support Lead to oversee a remote Customer Support Team and support daily team operations. The Customer Support team is responsible for answering and resolving questions and issues via chat, email, and phone. The Customer Support Lead will be responsible for escalations, managing fluctuating support volume, and monitoring the effectiveness of the remote support team.
This will be a remote-friendly role, with the freedom to set your own work-from-home schedule. When safe and reasonable, there will be times where the team will meet onsite in San Mateo for meaningful moments of collaboration and bonding.
