What is ShipStation?

ShipStation is a third-party shipping integration that we are leveraging to allow U.S. Sellers to calculate shipping rates and fulfill orders with shipping labels through USPS.

How to Set up ShipStation

  1. Set ShipStation as your Default Shipping Method, which you can do on the Shipping Methods tab in the Shipping tab.

  4. Make sure all your products have a weight tied to it, which can also be done on the Product Page. Otherwise ShipStation cannot calculate the shipping rates.

How will it look for customers?

By following these steps, your customers will be able to select a calculated shipping method based on your Store Address, their Shipping Address, and the weight of the product!

How do I fulfill the order?

Seller will have an option to generate the shipping label from their seller panel. Also, shipping labels can only be generated for fulfilled orders.

Fulfilling order via ShipStation:

Go to Multi-vendor marketplace seller panel > Orders > Order Listing > View (under Action). Select the method of order fulfillment as ShipStation and fulfill the order. As soon as the order will be fulfilled, the shipping label will be automatically downloaded.
