Fable is the web-based motion design platform. Our mission is to empower all creators with access and opportunities to tell stories with motion.

We have filled all of our open positions at this time but please stop by again in the future!

All of our positions are 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or EU within a 6 hour time difference of New York (EST).

Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity

We uphold an inclusive and diverse culture free of judgment and harassment, and we take this very seriously. We are a team of varying backgrounds, beliefs, opinions, and working styles, which make us stronger as an organization. Fable is a safe, welcome, and inclusive workplace where everyone is heard and we are incredibly proud of the culture we've built together. Our culture is only what we make of it so we ask everyone to work to uphold it, and raise any questions or concerns immediately if they arise.

We’re prioritizing building a team with a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences, and voices to help write our story. Fable is an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.

Our Values

Remote Life

As a remote team, you are trusted to work from anywhere you like, when you are most productive. We make this work by over-communicating about our priorities, progress, and when we’re not available to ensure alignment and to set clear expectations.

Meetings

We have a conscious meeting culture. This means that having face time is super important as a remote team to foster culture, and often a quick call is much more efficient than a Slack thread. However, nobody loves being stuck on zoom for hours or leaving a meeting feeling like it was a waste of time. So just be conscious about zoom time. In meetings, set a clear leader, agenda, and goal to make sure the time is spent productively. And if meetings require pre-reading, we try to send this out prior. We also like Slack’s huddle feature as a quick way to chat without the overhead and fatigue of zoom.
