Indian government is planning to conduct a Common Eligibility Test in September 2021. A newly setup National Recruitment is responsible to conduct this NRA CET test.

CET test will be conducted in 12 Indian languages to make it easier for the candidates of different geography.

This test will replace the primary-level test of the SSC, IBPS, and RRB exams which are currently conducted the primary level test with a name of Tier-1 exam. Now Tier-1 exam will be conducted by the NRA.

This test will be an objective type of test where candidates will get multiple choices to answer a question.

Candidates will get a CET Score card after the test and candidates will get a call for the next process according to their performance in the CETtest.

It will save a lot of time of candidates and they can now focus more on their exam preparation.

Now candidates will attempt only a single CET exam and can apply for multiple Tier-2 exams of IBPS, SSC, and Railway.

Candidates can apply for the CET multiple times and there will be no limit on the number of attempts. It will help candidates to improve their CET score and a higher CET score will be considered for the shortlisting purpose.
