恒大造车？还是不要说笑话了。投资者尤其需要警惕恒大新能源汽车这样的公司。
恒大汽车原名恒大健康，于去年 8 月更名并开启所谓造车之旅。它在香港上市的股票曾在今年上半年上涨超过 140%，市值一度超过 630 亿美元（同期价值高于美国福特汽车），却从未真正量产新能源汽车。
资金紧张的中国恒大新能源汽车已经终止了在上海证券交易所科创板上市的计划，目前其母公司中国恒大集团爆发的债务危机对市场造成了剧烈的影响。
此外，中国至少有两个地方政府控制了恒大房产销售收入，以防止资金被滥用。目前人们预计恒大将开启中国金融史上最大的一次债务重组。
