<aside> 💡 Research on self-driving cars began with the development of an autonomous shuttle bus at the UNIST campus. We designed our own bus, covering all aspects from hardware to autonomous driving software. Systems for automatic steering, braking, and gas pedal control were developed to convert a legacy car into an autonomous bus. Additionally, a mid-level control system allows the bus to trace a pre-defined trajectory. The following contents detail our vision and the current projects we are working on.
