We're looking for a storyteller. Someone who can turn a founder's story into a clear, engaging video. You'll own the content production process for both EO Vietnam and EO Global audiences.
Own the Story
Research founders and companies, identify the angle worth telling, and build a clear narrative from scratch - always with the viewer in mind.
Own the Post-Production Process
Take a video from raw interview footage to an upload-ready final cut. You own every step: story structure, script, edit, and final delivery.
Analyze the Market
Watch content across EO Global, EO Korea, and competitor channels. Synthesize what's working, what isn't, and bring strategic recommendations to the team.
Contribute to EO Vietnam's Direction
Over time, you'll have the opportunity to propose new content ideas and series for the EO Vietnam channel, helping shape what it becomes.
Use AI to Move Faster
Integrate AI tools into your research, scripting, and editing workflow to improve speed and quality across your output.
Strong Storytelling Skill
You have strong storytelling instincts. You know why one story grips a viewer, and another doesn't. You understand emotional arc, narrative structure, and pacing, and you can apply this to real founder interviews.
