Who we are

Huddlecraft helps people and organisations climb the steep, collective learning curves we face in the 21st Century.

We are growing an ecosystem of support for peer-to-peer learning and action, via:

• Our platform that supports people to create, host and join Huddles (purposeful, pop-up peer groups).
• Our studio in which we partner with organisations to apply huddlecraft* to their visions and challenges.
• Our community of co-learners and huddlecraft* practitioners.

*huddlecraft: we define the term as ‘the practice of combining people to unearth and multiply potential’, and this peer-to-peer methodology is at the heart of everything we do.

We’ve recently rebranded from our old name, Enrol Yourself, to fully reflect our purpose and direction (if you know us from before the rebrand, hi! 👋)

Our culture & values

We’re a small but mighty Community Interest Company that intends to evolve in ways we cannot yet imagine. 💪

We don’t have line managers: we’re a self-managing team with deep roots of collaboration, who really value continual learning and operating in a peer-led way.

We are currently a full time team of 4, and we also work with the support of a wider freelance Collective.

Diversity, Inclusion and anti-oppression:

We’re committed to going beyond lip service and have an ongoing practice to embed diversity, inclusion and anti-oppression in everything we do: from our public facing comms, to our programmes, to the inner workings of our culture.

Prospective candidates don’t need to ‘know everything’, but we’re seeking a commitment to continual learning in this area.

Benefits:

• 🌴 27 days’ holiday incl. bank holidays, plus your birthday day off, no work between Christmas and New Year, and every other Friday off (a total of up to 56 days’ holiday);
• 😎 9 day fortnight - you get every second Friday off a month;
• 🕖 Flexible working: we choose our own hours of work, as long as they enable collaboration and our work gets done;
• 🚂 Fully remote: although we have occasional in-person work opportunities and away days, you can work from anywhere you like (as long as there are overlaps with the GMT+00 timezone);
• 💆‍♂️ A care budget as part of your salary, which you’re encouraged to spend on looking after yourself (that can mean anything you like!)
• 💰 A contribution towards joining a future Huddle to explore any learning question you choose;
• 🏮 We offer period leave for those who menstruate and need time off due to pain etc;
• 🤔 A monthly peer-coaching space focused on your development - where you’ll ‘steward’ a team member’s reflection using peer-coaching skills, and you’ll be ‘stewarded’ by another team member.

Our culture:

• 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼 We specialise in peer-to-peer learning and organising, and we try to embody these values as much as possible as a team.

• 🤓 We are collaborative. We have two team days every month where we focus on open topics, strategy, deepening our inclusion practices, and individual learning;

• 🕸️ We put relationships at the centre of our approach, both within our team, collective and community - and within the work we do;

• ✨ We’re a little bit extra. We like to do things in a playful and expressive way, and we aim to celebrate the unique contribution that each person can bring;

• 🤠 We are a young organisation that prides itself on being shaped by its team - we welcome you to co-create the policies and culture you wish to see!
