For individuals who submit notifications to the Data Controller, as described in this notice
Based on Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), and Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August, which ensures the implementation of the GDPR in Portugal, the Data Controller provides the following information to data subjects about the processing of their personal data.
This Privacy Notice refers to the procedure for receiving and investigating notifications regarding events, complaints, and risks that may compromise the organizational integrity of the Data Controller, as defined in point 1. This procedure is designed to ensure the application of ethical values and integrity in all activities, as well as to effectively prevent corruption and abuse.
In addition, the Data Controller processes the personal data of the individuals involved, as well as whistleblowers, to ensure compliance with Act CXXII of 2009 on the more efficient management of public companies and Government Decree 339/2019 (XII. 23) on the internal control system of public companies.
This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal data of individuals who submit notifications to the Data Controller with the aim of investigating events that compromise integrity.
