Congratulations and welcome to the team! This hub is more than just your onboarding guide — it's your central hub for everything you need to succeed at AO. Inside, you'll find a clear timeline for training, as well as ongoing access to product knowledge, sales tools, scripts, SOPs, and company processes. This is the same guide you'll refer back to as you grow — whether you're writing your first policy or training your own team down the line. Follow it closely, take ownership of your progress, and remember: the more you invest in mastering this playbook, the faster you’ll reach your goals here at AO.
AO — let’s grow!

One of the best pieces of advice I received early on was:
“Don’t let your mindset or a bad day affect your momentum — not until you’ve hit 100 presentations.”
By the time you’ve given 100 presentations, you’ll have a much deeper understanding of how the sales process works, how to navigate objections, and how the policies really help families. Until then, your focus shouldn’t be on how much money you’re making — it should be on getting in those reps.
Keep going. Keep presenting. The results will come.
