If you are dissatisfied with the program for any reason, you may request that the program stop and request a refund. A refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the program in the current month. You will not be charged for subsequent months. You will not be refunded for previous months (i.e. outside of the current month). This request can be made by emailing support@elovee.com or by calling our Care Team at (844) 5-ELOVEE.

Ending Your Membership

You may end your membership in the program at anytime in a month and your membership will not be renewed for the subsequent month (your credit card will not be charged). This request must be made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the next month to allow time for processing. The program will either be stopped immediately, or at the end of the month, depending on your preference, at which time your account will be closed. This request can be made by emailing support@elovee.com or by calling our Care Team at (844) 5-ELOVEE.

Termination of Your Membership by elovee

If an elovee Specialist determines that you are no longer eligible or suitable for the program, the Specialist may end your program. This may happen during the assessment or at any point during the program based on a clinical assessment of therapeutic appropriateness. In this situation, you will be notified directly and you will not be charged for the month. If you have already been charged for the month, a refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the program in the current month and your program will be stopped.

Pausing Your Membership

You can pause the program at anytime for any reason, and your program will not be renewed for the subsequent month (your credit card will not be charged). This request must be made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the next month to allow time for processing. Your account with elovee will remain active and you can re-start the program by notifying the elovee Care Team. Upon re-start, elovee will attempt to rematch you with the same Specialist, but cannot guarantee this is possible.
