Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility of portfolio accounts from onboarding to delivery stage
- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their
accounts.
- Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internal
departments
- Play a vital role in account expansion and retention.
- Follow up regularly to ensure closure of the case
- Ensure complete records of interactions, orders and accounts of portfolio customers
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to increase conversion rates
and reduce churn
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, adherence to
tickets SLAs and create a company-wide customer feedback loop.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are must
- MBA in Sales & Marketing from reputed college or university essential
- Comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel is a preferred skill)
- Strong analytical skills are highly desired
- Candidates with proven experience in startups will be considered
- Candidates based out of Bengaluru are preferred
- Obsessed with high-quality customer experience
- Willingness to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Strong execution rigor and detail orientation
