Responsibilities

  1. Take complete responsibility of portfolio accounts from onboarding to delivery stage
  2. Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts.
  3. Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internal departments
  4. Play a vital role in account expansion and retention.
  5. Follow up regularly to ensure closure of the case
  6. Ensure complete records of interactions, orders and accounts of portfolio customers
  7. Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to increase conversion rates and reduce churn
  8. Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, adherence to tickets SLAs and create a company-wide customer feedback loop.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills are must
  2. MBA in Sales & Marketing from reputed college or university essential
  3. Comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel is a preferred skill)
  4. Strong analytical skills are highly desired
  5. Candidates with proven experience in startups will be considered
  6. Candidates based out of Bengaluru are preferred
  7. Obsessed with high-quality customer experience
  8. Willingness to engage with multiple stakeholders
  9. Strong execution rigor and detail orientation
