In our workshop with Professor Nicolas Martelaro, we explored how AI could go wrong when used in design and how methods like hazard analysis are used in industries to avoid such problems. We also tried out a playing card game that helps people discuss and think about the possible problems that could happen in AI used in different industries and areas.
