🚀 Over the past 10 months, the number of clinics using WhatsApp as part of the day-to-day operations is skyrocketing.
It has been identified over 500 clinics in Hong Kong are performing frequent patient communication through WhatsApp. Some would even say 500 is a huge understatement.
These patient communications are currently done by hand, out of the busy schedules of the RNs or receptionists.
