I was on a break from a full-time job after juggling between work in several time zones and toddler care during 2020. However, Iām helping a couple of Boot Strapping Startups as a freelancer.
I decided to take a break to explore new opportunities while upgrading myself on Growth Marketing, Community-Led Marketing, #no-code tools, writing as well as reading, and taking some time off to enjoy with my toddler. I am also trying to revive my Newsletter which is a tribute to the Kindergarten I attended!
I have been instrumental in growing a self-funded boot-strapping start-up- tag8.in, as the first employee from 2015 to 2019. I spearheaded Client Solution, Customer Success B2B Client Communities, Partnership Management, and Product Management Strategy for B2B as well as B2C Markets. We grew the Business from 3 to 33 in 4 Years and turned cash positive by the end of 3rd year.
After the maternity break of 6 months, in Jan 2020 I joined a well-funded Start-up, based out of Hong Kong and operating in the Expert Network space. I was responsible for the P&L of 3 Global Accounts- Client Solutions and Product Offerings (B2B Product Growth Marketing) based on their requirements. I also led a team to expand our Expert Network/ Client Communities in IoT, Pharma, Healthcare, Education, and Automotives by recruiting more than 800 Experts in 2020.
