haaiii ! this is a general information doc about ocean treasure’s lore, timeline, and a few of their nuances. this will be a mix of like. story writing, and then me just explaining stuff. some of it will be more extensive than others!

• well number one thing. you should REALLY and i mean REALLY check out zehavi’s backstory before reading this LMAO. you can still understand what’s going on here and their dynamic, but for more details on zehavi himself his profile helps a loooot and i may not fully explain some things that i know i’ve already mentioned like his dorm and how it works.

• while none, and i mean none, of it will be explicit / written or treated like smut, there is a friends with benefits portion of leona and zehavi’s relationship that is, to me, very important to their dynamic and characters as it explores their personal relationship with intimacy and their want of each other and what they allow or do not allow themselves. it’s only intended to be artistic

  • however! if you don’t wanna read about it, i’ll do my best to highlight the parts that will directly reference anything that might be a little too much in red, but i won’t omit it entirely. this is just a heads up for anyone who may be uncomfortable with this.
  • some parts of it may also be a little uncomfortable. everything is consensual, but they become very conflicted emotionally which might be triggering. i will describe them with the most minimum of detail to understand what happened underneath with bolded text
  • basically, tldr: the fwbs part of their relationship, while in canon begins as a bit of fun for them, is not just for sexual tension or my personal indulgence. it’s integral to their dynamic and another part of their narrative and i treat it with the same seriousness any other nonsexual theme would get LOL

• i use he/him for zehavi and she/he for leona. i also hc leona as genderqueer, and will interchangeably use gendered terms on him, but lean towards feminine ones a lot! do NOT try to argue with me about this idgaf. they are yaoi to me but also something transcendent…

if you’re okay with that, lets get into it! the titles are going to be based off of zehavi’s years, since leona was already there a year prior before they met, but are just being used to make organizing easier. a lot of this will be relatively informal (for now), but contain most of their information. i hope to expand on it much more thoroughly when i have the time!
