Community Lead

Benny is on a mission to ensure what’s fuelling us now serves us for a lifetime. We’re making this happen with our Benny energy drinks - they’re nourishing energy without the nasties. Benny’s growing extremely quickly, with national launches and major brand partnerships around the corner, we are looking for two Community Leads to help us continue to grow our brand.

We’re looking for a Brand Experience & Partnerships Lead who’s excited to support in building the engine behind a fast-growing brand, someone who thrives in startup and wants a front-row seat to turning a challenger brand into a category leader.

🤝 We’ll be counting on you to:

• Manage monthly Friends With Benny events end to end, from ideation to execution
• Source and create aligned partnerships with local brands and community members
• Build Benny's brand marketing strategy, both online and offline
• Own assigned weekly/daily tasks
• Have a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize important work
• Jump in with a great attitude wherever in the business you're needed
• Own IRL moments with a smile - from demos to influencer events

Lead Community Events and Retail Partnerships (40%)

• Help grow Benny’s retail presence, with an emphasis on Canada. We’ll lean on you to lead Canadian merchandising, demos, and in-store activations.
• Support in day-to-day marketing, PR and business development responsibilities.
