Scouted is an app powered by Drafted, backed by top investors and a team from MIT, KAYAK, and Twitter.
Scouted uses the work history of job applicants in Greenhouse and your employees' work history to match prospective employees with current ones. This enables the recruiting team to get internal reviews on inbound job applicants from company employees.
We take security and data privacy seriously, and Drafted infrastructure has a 5 year record with no data beaches or security incidents. You can see more information about Drafted at explore.drafted.us/data
Authentication
Scouted uses passwordless magic link authentication. No passwords are stored. In the future, we plan to support SSO and 2FA. Drafted already supports these other forms of authentication, however Scouted is a new beta app and won't support these until general release.
Hosting
Scouted is fully hosted on Amazon Web Services in US East.
Data Security and Privacy
Scouted does not store or process any sensitive data. The personal data (PII) stored by Scouted is derived data from your Greenhouse environment. Drafted is an official Greenhouse partner and any non-employee personal data stored would be covered under your Data Processing Agreement with Greenhouse.
